Your new company

A well-established regional housebuilder is looking for an experienced Labourer to join their team on a busy new-build housing development in Carlisle. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work available for the right candidate.

Your new role

You will be working as part of the site team, supporting trades and assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy residential construction site.

Duties will include:

General site labouring dutiesKeeping the site clean, tidy and safeMoving materials and assisting tradespeopleLoading and unloading deliveriesWelfare cleaning and site maintenanceSupporting site management as required

What you'll need to succeed

Valid CSCS Card

Previous experience working on a construction site

Good work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work well within a team

PPE and own transport preferred
