Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a
Contracts Manager to join our growing client in
Midlothian on a full-time permanent basis.
What's on offer:
- Full-time permanent position
- £50,000 to £65,000 per annum
Your duties and responsibilities as a Contracts Manager will include:
- Monitoring progression on site, and day to day operations
- Liaising with internal departments and stakeholders
- Monitor performance and progression against the contracts program
- Maintaining a proactive culture towards the health and safety of all aspects of the site
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors
- Organising and attending progress meetings where required
To be successful in this
Contracts Manager position you will ideally have:
- Previous experience of managing simultaneous contracts
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
