As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients products are manufactured to the highest standards. Offering a starting rate of £13.70, which increases to £15.20 after training completed - this is an excellent role for someone with a machine minding or food production background who is looking to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining machinery on a production line
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
Monitoring machine output and reporting any issues promptly
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
Following all health and safety guidelines
Working Hours & Pattern:
Shift hours: 06:00 to 18:00 (12-hour shifts)
Work schedule: 4 on, 4 off, includes working weekends
Starting pay of £13.70, increasing to £15.20 after training period
