About the RoleMitie is seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead and coordinate a large on-site cleaning operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, achieving contractual service standards, managing cleaning teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and integrate multiple cleaning teams.
-Manage the overall cleaning function and service delivery.
-Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and SLAs.
-Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
-Manage cleaning supplies, ensuring appropriate cost, quality, and stock levels.
-Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
