Summary
Salary: S3, scale points 20.1 – 23, depending on experience. FTE: £28,637 - £30,484; Actual: £23,840.67 - £25,378.32 Location: St Dominic’s School, Hambledon, Nr Godalming, Surrey, GU8 4DXWorking Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 16:00pm with 30 minutes (unpaid) lunch break, term-time only (39 weeks)St Dominic’s School is a highly regarded special school in Surrey, set within 56 acres of serene, wooded grounds offering plenty of space for recreational activities. St Dominic’s has earned recognition for its commitment to excellence, achieving Advanced Autism Accreditation, the prestigious Arts Council ‘Artsmark’ Silver Award, and the prestigious Primary Science Quality Mark (PSQM) which celebrates our commitment to excellence in primary science.We are seeking a highly organised SEN Administrator to provide effective and confidential comprehensive administrative support to the Admissions Manager and SENCo, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of departments. Under the daily direction and management of Admissions Manager and SENCo, be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and administration of the Admissions and SEN departments and their administration and relevant procedures.Key Responsibilities:• Exercise discretion, confidentiality and professional judgement in all aspects of liaison with prospective families and other stakeholders of the school(s).• To manage appropriate SEND resources and to ensure that they are used efficiently, effectively and safely• To work under the direction of the SENCo and Admissions Manager to deliver a comprehensive range of administrative tasks to a high standard;• To be aware of and support the school’s (OHCAT) commitment to equal opportunities.
