Summary

Personal Promise Home Care is a privately funded, relationship-led home care agency based in Whetstone, Barnet. We are looking for caring, reliable Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across North London.

You will provide personal care, companionship and practical support, following each client's individual care plan. This includes help with washing and dressing, mobility, meals, medication support, appointments and daily routines, including supporting clients living with dementia. You will keep accurate electronic care records, report any changes or concerns, and protect each client's dignity, privacy and choice at all times.
