Summary

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused People Officer to join our People Team for a period of 9 months. This is a varied role that supports colleagues across the full HR function, helping to deliver a professional and efficient service across the University.

Working closely with colleagues and managers, you'll play a key role in attracting and retaining talent, delivering engaging induction and training programmes, managing and promoting employee benefits, managing the probation process, supporting employee relations activity, and helping to develop HR policies, processes and systems, ensuring compliance and best practices across the function.
