Summary

Freelance Site Manager Required - New Build Housing

Location:Crewe

Rate: £300 per day

Contract Type: Freelance

We are seeking a highly driven Freelance Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a new build housing development in Crewe. You will be responsible for driving the project timeline, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality control.

Requirements:

Proven track record managing new build housing sites from groundworks through to completion.

Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Manager card.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage trades and sub-contractors.

Sharp eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes.
