Summary
Advertising for a 4 session GP Ideally Wednesday and Thursday (2 sessions per day) Patient Consultations:Conducting thorough consultations, including taking medical histories, examining patients physically, and addressing their concerns. Diagnosis and Treatment:Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, prescribing medications, and recommending appropriate treatments. Chronic Disease Management:Providing ongoing care and support for patients with chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, heart disease, and asthma. Continuing Professional Development:Keeping up-to-date with medical advancements and best practices. Emergency Response:Responding to medical emergencies within the practice setting. Practice Highlights: GMS contract, EMIS Web clinical system Approx. 13,850 patients Excellent nursing, administrative and clinical support High QOF achievement On-site pharmacy and access to PCN support services (First Contact Physio, Pharmacists, Social Prescribers) Active member of Wokingham North PCN We promote a culture of respect, development, and teamwork, and offer mentorship for newly qualified GPs and opportunities to get involved in PCN.
