We are looking for a Bank / Relief Worker to provide cover across our 3 Walsall YMCA BCG Nurseries*, all of which offer childcare places for children 6 weeks – 5 years, providing a welcoming environment where families can feel valued and obtain positive help and support. Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to promoting good practice and maintaining a high-quality provision
- Responsibility towards the promotion and practice of safeguarding the welfare of children
- Offering support and guidance to parents/carers enabling them to extend their own skills, and by boosting their confidence and self-esteem, ensure the emotional wellbeing of their child.
You will be Level 2 or 3 qualified and experienced in planning and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. You will also be passionate about working with children and their families, striving to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for children to grow and develop.
