Summary

Preoperative counselling and preparation. Postoperative psychosocial follow-up. Coordination of care across multiple providers and organisations Support for women and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, or bereavement. Ensuring adherence to national guidance and quality standards. Contributing to clinical governance, including supporting the development of regional standard operating procedures (SOPs) and patient information resources. Leading audit activity and supporting robust data collection. Supporting the establishment of a regional patient support group.
