Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Van Technician to join our busy workshop in Falkirk. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys working on light commercial vehicles and takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance.
As part of our professional workshop team, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of vans, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on light commercial vehicles.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
Complete inspections, health checks, and MOT preparation work.
Carry out repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation.
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet workshop targets and deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Van Technician, or LCV Technician.
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent automotive qualification preferred.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
