Summary
Other Responsibilities Maintain awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, including prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, and health and safety Contribute to evaluation, audit, and clinical standard setting within the organisation Contribute to the development of computer-based patient records and the summarising and read-coding of patient data Attend training and events organised by the practice or other agencies, where appropriate Demonstrate a commitment to learning and evidence-based best practice Personal & Professional Development Maintain continued education and training by attending relevant courses and study days to meet professional development requirements Attend and participate in any training programmes provided by the practice Take ownership of personal development, actively managing learning and performance through an annual performance review Support colleagues by sharing skills and knowledge with those working in similar roles
