Summary

Visit https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa The post holder will lead the development and implementation of the Safeguarding. Adult and Public Protection agenda/services across the Trust, working closely with other services to achieve this (safeguarding adults includes the MARAC and Prevent). You will provide the required assurance to Trust Board and external assessors, for example the Safeguarding Adult Boards (SABs), regarding the safeguarding process within the Trust. You will lead the implementation, maintenance and further development of effective and efficient systems for the detection, prevention, surveillance, investigation and control of harm and abuse to adults (including MAPPA), in partnership with the Designated Nurse and other Safeguarding Adult leads. You will lead the communication and co-ordination of any activity, including education and training that relates to Safeguarding of Adults and Public Protection and manage and co-ordinate the activity of those working within the Safeguarding Adults and Public Protection team and co-ordinate the work of the safeguarding link professionals with the Named Nurse for Safeguarding Children.
