The successful Nursery Practitioner will:

Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare – essential
• Have previous experience working within a
nursery or Early Years setting
• Have a good understanding of the
EYFS framework
• Plan and deliver engaging
play-based learning activities
• Support children's
communication, physical, social and emotional development
• Be confident supporting
personal care, where required
• Observe and contribute towards children's developmental progress
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
• Be caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic
