The Estates & Facilities Division keep the Trust sites running and manage one of the largest portfolios across the NHS. Our Residences Dept provides accommodation for clinicians who are on call and for those who require longer term accommodation due to being newly recruited to the Trust. We also manage the Bexley Patient Hotel where Out of Area patients stay whilst receiving out patient treatment. We are a small team of 3, consisting of one Residences Manager and two Administration Officers. What you will bring to the role Dealing with patients and doctors who require accommodation. This could be via telephone, email or in person. Answering email queries regarding all aspects of accommodation. To restock houses following departure of a tenant, and preparation for the next clinician who requires accommodation. To raise tenancy agreements and eviction documents when required. To take payment, and keep records of payments for accommodation. To attend meetings with service providers eg Facilities Staff To contribute to the production of information for distribution across the Trust including web based information.
