Level 2 - £27,000
Level 3 - £28,000

Our client is looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner their growing team, the ideal candidate will be passionate about early years and strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
What We're Looking For
Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A warm, nurturing, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and participate in engaging activities that promote children's learning and development
Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through play-based learning
Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
Make full use of the nursery's outdoor learning environments, including the mud kitchen
Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
