Summary

Job Title:Service Manager - Maternity, Obstetrics & Neonates - Barnet Site (Maternity Cover)

Duration:Fixed-Term (12 Months / 1 Year Maternity Cover)

Working Pattern:Full-time

Operational Leadership:Oversee daily team operations, ensuring continuous service delivery and high-quality care or performance standards.

Line Management:Provide direct supervision, development, and support to team staff throughout the fixed-term period.

Strategic & Operational Planning:Help implement departmental objectives and contribute to strategic priorities.

Governance & Quality:Maintain compliance with organisational standards, auditing protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Key Collaboration:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage resource allocation and process improvements.
