Summary

Hays Education is working exclusively with a well-established tuition centre in Wolverhampton to recruit passionate and experienced qualified primary teachers for ongoing tutoring opportunities.

The Role

We are seeking Primary Tutors with experience across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including supporting pupils in preparation for SATs assessments.You will deliver high-quality tuition sessions to small groups of primary-aged pupils, helping them build confidence, strengthen core skills and achieve their academic potential.Teaching is delivered in small groups of up to five pupils, allowing for highly personalised learning and targeted support tailored to individual needs.

Available Sessions

Monday to Friday

4:00pm to 5:00pm

5:15pm to 6:15pm

6:30pm to 7:30pm

Saturday

10:30am to 11:30am

11:45am to 12:45pm

Requirements

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

✅ Experience teaching within KS1 and KS2 in UK primary schools

✅ Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly English and Maths

✅ Experience supporting pupils with SATs preparation and intervention work

✅ Ability to plan engaging and differentiated learning activities

✅ Passion for helping children build confidence and reach their full potential

✅ Strong communication and classroom management skills

✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
