Summary

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Forest Row

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Act as a Key Person to a group of children, tracking their progress and creating engaging, stimulating learning opportunities.

Build strong, trusting, and professional relationships with children, parents, and carers.

Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children at all times.

Adhere strictly to all health & safety, safeguarding, and child protection policies.

Qualifications

Qualification: Level 3 Early Years Educator / Childcare qualification (or equivalent recognised standard).

Experience: Proven experience working in a nursery or professional early years setting.

Knowledge: Sound understanding of EYFS, child development principles, and robust safeguarding protocols.

Commitment: Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Compliance: Must hold an Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the Update Service) or be willing to undergo one prior to starting.

What we offer

Competitive hourly pay ranging from £14.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
