About the Role
We're looking for a confident, approachable Retail Security Officer who can bring energy, professionalism and a calm presence to the shop floor. This is a role where no two days are the same as you'll be helping to protect people, prevent loss and create a safe, positive shopping experience for customers and colleagues alike..
What You'll Be Doing
-Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
-Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
-Deterring theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences
-Carrying out regular store patrols
-Operating CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
-Working closely with store management teams
-Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks
-Using Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite
What You'll Need
-A valid SIA licence
-A full 5-year checkable employment or education history (this is essential for vetting)
-A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
