Responsible to:
Senior SEND EHCP Coordinator.
Key relationships/Functional links with:
Children and young people with SEND, parents and carers, schools and educational settings, education, health and social care professionals, Educational Psychologists, SEND colleagues and other partner agencies involved in the statutory SEND process.
Main Purpose of Job:
This is the main purpose or objective of the job, providing a short statement of why the job exists.
To undertake and deliver SEND casework efficiently and effectively, ensuring that Education, Health and Care needs assessments, EHCPs and annual reviews are completed to a high standard and within statutory timescales. The post holder will act as the named officer for allocated children and young people and work collaboratively with families, schools and professionals.
