5 Days on duty weeks and 2/3 days on site at other times.

Hybrid working avaiable.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join Lincoln City Family Assessment and Support Team.

Based in Lincoln, our team is co-located with Family Help, Futures4Me and Family Time colleagues.

The role involves managing a varied caseload across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care, alongside involvement in both private and public law proceedings.

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and experienced practitioner who can:

• Complete high-quality Child and Family Assessments.

• Develop effective plans with families and partner agencies.

• Review and evaluate progress against plans.

• Demonstrate strong risk assessment and risk management skills.

• Support children and families to step down to universal services where appropriate, or escalate concerns to safeguard children's welfare and safety.

• Prepare clear and analytical reports for court and statutory processes.
