We are currently recruiting for the position of Vehicle Damage Assessor on behalf of a reputable automotive business based in Redhill, Surrey. Duties of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:

- Conduct vehicle estimates and VDA work in line with manufacturer guidelines

- Collaborate with the owner and a small team to ensure smooth workflow

- Upsell additional services and insurance products where appropriate

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service

- Adapt and respond to various project or repair requirements

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within the automotive sector

- Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating systems

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Minimum of a few years relevant experience in a similar role
