Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Carry out servicing and routine maintenance across a diverse range of vehicles

- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults

- Complete warranty and repair work to high standards

- Perform electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)

- Conduct cambelt replacements, oil changes, and general mechanical repairs

- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations

- Accurately complete digital job cards and write-ups

- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- Recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Mechanic

- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

- Experience in servicing, warranty, and repair tasks

- A full UK driving licence

- An MOT licence is advantageous but can be obtained through training

- Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop

- Ability to work effectively within a team
