The role is based at a distribution facility in the Bristol area.The roleA permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy industrial operation working night shifts. You will help keep goods moving safely and efficiently across the warehouse and loading areas.Key responsibilities• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and responsibly• Loading and unloading vehicles• Moving, storing and positioning stock within the warehouse• Preparing goods for dispatch• Supporting accurate stock movements and general warehouse activity• Carrying out routine safety checks and reporting any issues• Working closely with colleagues to maintain an organised and productive workplace• Following site procedures, manual-handling guidance and health and safety requirementsSkills and qualifications• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift• Good awareness of safe working practices• Ability to follow instructions and warehouse procedures• Reliable, punctual and committed approach to work• Physically capable of working in a warehouse environment• Able to work independently and as part of a team• Relevant counterbalance forklift certification is desirableBenefits• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employersThis is a practical, hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in safe forklift operation, works well under pressure and can maintain high standards throughout a night shift.Apply today.
