Foundry Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company in
South Molton.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced
Foundry Operatives,
Production Operatives,
Manufacturing Operatives, or

Key Duties
- Remove shell material from moulds following casting operations.
- Prepare moulds using water blasting and finishing processes.
- Operate manual and semi-automatic band saws.
- Trim, finish, and rework castings to specification.
- Dry blast components to achieve a consistent finish.
- Support casting operations by handling hot moulds safely.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for further processing.
- Carry out quality inspections and identify defects.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, foundry, or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures accurately.
- Confidence interpreting routing cards and production documentation.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify defects.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Working Hours
- Rotating shifts:
- 6am-2pm.
- 2pm-10pm.
