Summary

To support the Matron for Restrictive Practice & SI training and the Lead SI trainer in the development and implementation of a Trust training strategy on SI in line with national policies and standards. 2. To be professional and act as a positive role model at all times whilst working with other trainers, course delegates and other disciplines/ departments in line with Trust Policies and BILD Restraint Reduction Training Standards 3. To support an adequate programme of SI courses to meet the requirements as identified in the Trusts Risk Management and Training Needs Analysis 4. To assist the lead SI trainer in developing joint training initiatives with other organisations as appropriate if required. 5. To assist in maintaining an up to date database of staff attendance on Trust statutory courses. 6. To be involved/ contribute in the launching, promotion and implementation of the Trust policy on the management of violence and aggression.
