If you're proactive, professional and enjoy making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation by providing high-level executive support.

This is a varied and rewarding role, working closely with members of the Executive Leadership Team, the Data Protection Officer and colleagues across the College Group. You'll:

• Provide professional, proactive and confidential support to members of the Executive Leadership Team

• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships across the College Group and beyond

• Support Boards, Committees and other senior meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking

• Support major College events, meetings and initiatives

• Provide admin and technical support for the College's data protection function, working closely with the DPO and SIRO

We're looking for someone who’s:

• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities

• Calm under pressure and confident using their initiative

• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Meticulous, detail-focused and able to handle confidential information appropriately

• Comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Experienced in admin, coordination or compliance-related work
