Summary

Contract: Permanent and Fixed Term available Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time hours available. Please specify on your application which you are interested in. Term Time Only. Salary: £25,729 - £28,796 (full-time equivalent) The role is made of up of 2 days a week on a permanent contract, and 3 days a week on a fixed-term contract until the end of this academic year (21/6/27). There is a likelihood that there will be an opportunity for additional permanent hours after this time, although this will be determined by business need, so cannot be guaranteed. Please specify on your application which hours you are interested in. Due to an increase in student numbers we are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant. In this critical role, you will form an integral part of our growing Inclusive Learning and Development team, providing support to our students. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide holistic assistance for students with SpLD supporting their personal, social and emotional needs alongside their learning and progression needs. The role will also involve supporting students in accessing welfare services. You will play a key role in helping students to successfully complete and achieve in their learning. The ideal candidate will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with experience of working with students with SEND.
