Classroom AssistantFreemantles Specialist School – Mayford Green, WokingTerm time only | Up to 30 hours per week | PS3 £18,018 (30 hrs TTO)Do you want a rewarding job where no two days are the same and your work genuinely changes lives?Freemantles School supports autistic children and young people, and those with complex social communication needs, aged 4–19. We have small class sizes (around 9 pupils) and a strong focus on wellbeing, communication and independence.We are looking for Classroom Assistants to join our teams at our Mayford site, working across primary, secondary and FE age groups.Start date: As soon as possible.About the roleAs a Classroom Assistant, you will:Support pupils with learning activities in the classroom and outdoors

Help children and young people develop communication, independence and social skills

Support emotional regulation and wellbeing throughout the school day

Primary hours: 9.15am – 3.15pm

Secondary & FE hours: 8.50am – 2.50pm

Salary: PS3 – £18,018 (based on 30 hours per week, term time only) (£25,133 full time equivalent).
