Summary
HR & Payroll AdministratorWe are looking to appoint an HR & Payroll Administrator to provide administrative support as part of the HR & Payroll team for Richard Huish Trust.The HR and Payroll team provides general HR support and advice and a full payroll function to Richard Huish Trust. This role will be based within our HR Central Office, situated at Richard Huish College.We are looking for someone with at least one year’s experience in an administrative role, preferably in a HR or education setting, who is organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail.You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be confident managing a range of administrative tasks. Good IT skills are essential, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook, along with the ability to learn and use new systems quickly and confidently.Location: Richard Huish College Hours: 22.5 hours per week, all year round Salary: Actual £15,299 to £15,781 (£25,159 - £25,951 FTE) SP5 – 7About youWe are looking for someone who:• Has at least one year’s experience working in an administrative role, preferably in an HR or education setting• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.• Is well organised and able to manage competing priorities.• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.• Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.• Is comfortable learning new IT systems and processes.• Can work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.• Is approachable, professional and able to maintain confidentiality.• Is keen to develop their knowledge and experience within an HR and Payroll environment.The Trust reserves the right to appoint or withdraw this advert before the deadline, if necessary.The Richard Huish Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
