Summary

An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team.

Working on a large project in Salisbury.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project costs, valuations, and cash flow.

Procure and administer subcontractor and supplier packages.

Prepare, negotiate, and agree variations and final accounts.

Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve margins.

Assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.

Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

About You

Notable experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large projects

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Ability to pass BPSS & SC clearance.

Will need a white card, CSCS or similar
