Summary
Level 3 Room Leader
Up to £29,500 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar role
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues
A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Support, mentor, and motivate team members
Plan and oversee engaging learning experiences and activities
Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
