About You We are looking for an experienced, credible, and ambitious NHS leader with: Significant senior operational management experience within a complex acute healthcare environment. A proven track record of delivering operational performance, transformation, and financial improvement. Extensive experience of working in partnership with senior clinicians and professional leaders. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities. The resilience and leadership presence to operate successfully within a fast-paced and demanding environment. A commitment to compassionate leadership, equality, diversity, and inclusion. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and demonstrate evidence of significant leadership and management development commensurate with a senior executive role.
