Working hours: 40 hours per weekInterview Date: To be confirmedWillow and Shepton House are residential Lifehouses accommodating up to 67 homeless people. ou will play a key role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective services and supporting our mission to transform lives. Key Responsibilities: The role of Facilities and Administration Manager is to provide effective Housing Management and Administration functions within our Residential Lifehouse Service. You will ensure there is a strong focus on customer service and be jointly responsible for ensuring our vision for a high quality support service.The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:NVQ3 or equivalent professional qualification in related field or willingness to work towards it.Demonstrate values of integrity and accountability within working practice.Ability to create and manage large budgets.Leading and managing staff, including recruitment, development and performance management.Monitoring of services in keeping with external and internal contractual targets.Building and maintaining strong and effective partnerships with stakeholders, other services and departments, clients and staff.Broad knowledge of statutory health and safety requirements.Ability to collate and analyse data for production of reports including funding streams for internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in a range of IT packages, including Microsoft.Ability to develop strategic development plans for both internal and external delivery.Ability to monitor systems to ensure client arrears do not exceed an agreed limit.Will be able to work within the ethos of The Salvation Army with regard to delivering services to vulnerable people without discrimination.In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.In the job profile you will find the criteria required for the role please make sure that you address this in your supporting statement as this forms the basis of our shortlisting.Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, a criminal record check (DBS: Enhanced with barred list DBS Disclosure check for the adult and child workforce) and evidence of your Right to Work in the UK in line with Home Office requirements.As we are not a licensed sponsor, applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
