About the Role:

Are you highly organised, analytical, and passionate about data accuracy? We're looking for a Data Validation Specialist to join our Data Management Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and quality of patient and operational data within our Patient Management System. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, contractual compliance, and the delivery of exceptional patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of data, solving problems, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Data Validation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate patient and operational data within our Patient Management System.

• Processing and managing data validation activities and resolving data discrepancies.

• Investigating and resolving failed system jobs, delivery exceptions, holdings discrepancies, and change of address requests.

• Supporting month-end activities to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

• Producing high-quality internal and external reports in line with contractual requirements.

• Working closely with Clinical Leads and operational teams to resolve data queries efficiently.

• Supporting ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Data Management Team.

• Providing support to the Data Validation Lead as required.
