Summary

West London NHS Trust is recruiting a full-time Facilities Coordinator to support reception and building services at Carmelita House in Ealing Broadway, with additional responsibilities across our Ealing and Hounslow community sites.

You will be part of a community team helping to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors. You will work closely with clinical teams, Estates and Maintenance services, our contracted cleaning partner OCS, and other contracted service providers to support the effective management and delivery of building services.

The role will involve coordinating and monitoring a range of facilities services, including cleaning, catering, security, gardening and general building services. You will help ensure services are delivered to a high standard and respond effectively to the needs of patients, staff and visitors.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and friendly person with excellent organisational and communication skills. You should be educated to a good standard or have equivalent experience in facilities services, together with a sound administrative background.

The role is based at Carmelita House in Ealing Broadway, but regular travel across Ealing and Hounslow community sites will be required

Beresponsibleforthedaytodaymonitoringandauditingofcontracted servicesforcatering,pestcontrol,wastemanagement,linen,security,carparking,groundsandgardensandallassociatedFacilitiesservicesincluding thosereceivedontheServiceLevelAgreementfromthedesignatedprovider.

Beresponsiblefor theday-to-daymonitoringofcommunity services Hounslow and Ealingservicesprovidedbythein-houseteamorthirdpartyprovider,identifyingareaswhereserviceandefficiencycan be improved.

Liaisingonaday-to-daybasiswithFacilitiesSupervisorsand Managersreportingservicedeficienciesasappropriateandensuring thatremedialactionistakenasrequired

Respondtoanycomplaints/concernsorqueriesinrelationtotheservicesprovidedandassistingintheinvestigationofincidents/complaintsofpoorperformanceandwhereappropriateensurethatlinemanagementisfullyawareofissues.

Responsibleforthedaytodaymanagementofthe SecuritySupervisorwithintheirownareasandcoverforotherteamsasrequestedbytheFacilities Manager.
