Summary

Registered Nurse (RGN) Complex Care  – 24 hours per week + overtime | £30-£35 per hour 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide specialist one-to-one complex care for an individual client, delivering safe, compassionate, and highly personalised support within a dedicated care environment.

 

We're looking for a nurse with proven experience in complex care, including the confident management of tracheostomies and PEG feeding, who is passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care.

 

You'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with your client while using your specialist skills to support their complex health needs. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in clinical excellence, and is committed to providing truly person-centred care.

  • Experience and training in Tracheostomy and PEG feeding is essential.

Quick Role Snapshot:

  • Pay: up to £35 per hour 

  • Hours: 24 hours per week including days,nights and weekends.

  • Setting: Supporting the individual at home. 

 

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Registered Nurse qualification (

    RGN) with active

    NMC registration.

  • Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills in complex care and acute settings

  • A caring, professional, approachable personality committed to high-quality care.

  • Experience and training in Tracheostomy and PEG feeding is essential.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver safe, effective, compassionate nursing care to the client with a range of needs.

  • Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.

  • Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.

  • Promote dignity, wellbeing, and a positive, supportive environment forthe client 

  • Uphold regulatory requirements and contribute to best practic.
