Factory Cleaning Operative at Mars Wrigley in Slough, where you'll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the
GMP manufacturing area.
Working to strict
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and site procedures, you'll play an important role in ensuring the factory environment remains clean, safe and compliant.
You'll need a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach and a strong
can-do attitude. Full training will be provided to make sure you're confident with the procedures, equipment and responsibilities of the role.
What you'll do
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across your allocated areas
- Follow relevant
- Complete required cleaning checklists and ensure they are signed off
- Carry out regular checks of cleaning equipment and machinery
- Report any equipment faults or defects to your Supervisor
- Follow all
- Report hazards or potential risks to your Supervisor
- Follow site procedures and stringent GMP requirements
- Work effectively with Mars associates, colleagues, supervisors and suppliers
- Communicate regularly with other members of the cleaning team and site colleagues
- Attend training sessions and develop your knowledge and skills
- Support the wider Sodexo Facilities Management team with a proactive, can-do approach
- Wear the required
- Work towards agreed targets and maintain required standards
- Comply with company, client and statutory requirements
