Summary

CRM Campaign Executive

Up to £35,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)

Manchester city centre - in this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office two days per week, including Wednesdays as a key team collaboration day (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We're looking for a CRM Campaign Executive to join our CRM Membership Marketing team and help us deliver engaging, relevant communications that strengthen relationships with our member-owners. You'll support the delivery of our CRM campaign plan, helping to ensure members receive accurate, timely and personalised communications across a range of marketing campaigns. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help create campaigns that improve member engagement, support retention and deliver value to both our members and our Co-op.

Why this role matters

As a CRM Campaign Executive, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and copywriting through to testing, delivery and performance reporting. This role offers plenty of variety, exposure to different stakeholders across the business, and the chance to contribute ideas that help us continuously improve how we communicate with our members.

What you'll do

* Support the delivery of CRM campaigns from brief through to launch and reporting

* Write clear, engaging copy for member communications across multiple channels

* Create, build and coordinate email campaigns using CRM and email marketing platforms, managing activity from initial brief through to deployment

* Carry out quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are accurate and meet required standards

* Develop and deliver A/B tests to improve campaign performance and customer engagement

* Monitor campaign performance and share insights and recommendations with the wider team

* Build strong working relationships with colleagues across multiple business areas, community teams, CRM specialists and external agency partners

* Work closely with CRM Operations colleagues to brief audience selections, support campaign activation and ensure successful delivery through Salesforce Marketing Cloud

* Support the team with campaign administration, meeting coordination, competitor reviews and other activities that help keep campaigns and projects running smoothly

What you'll bring

We're committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you'll need to bring:

* Experience supporting marketing campaigns, ideally within a CRM, digital marketing or customer marketing environment

* Experience writing compelling marketing copy, with the confidence to create customer-focused content for email and CRM campaigns independently

* Great communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and build collaborative working relationships

* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work

* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Confidence working with data, reporting and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement

* A proactive approach to problem solving and identifying opportunities to improve campaigns

Why Co-op?

At Co-op, we're owned by our members. And because we're owned by you, we can do right by you. So when you join us, you're not just taking a job, you're joining a movement. We're an organisation that puts people and communities first, and we're powered by purpose. We want this to be a place where you can thrive, so you'll also receive:

* An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)

* 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays

* A pension with up to 10% employer contributions

* Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)

* 30% discount on Co-op products and 10% off other brands

* Stream - early access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it

* Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice

* 24/7 colleague support service

* Training and support for your development and career progression

* Cycle-to-work scheme

A place you'll belong

We're building diverse and inclusive teams that reflect the communities we serve. We welcome applications from everyone and are committed to creating a workplace where colleagues can feel like they belong, supported by our inclusive policies and the ways we work.

We're proud to be part of the Disability Confident scheme and offer interviews to disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria for a job. If you need any adjustments during the recruitment process, we'll support you.

Learn more about our recruitment process at jobs.coop.co.uk/apply-process and our inclusion commitments at jobs.coop.co.uk/diversity-inclusion

Please note that we may close applications for this role early.

As part of your application, you'll need to complete an online assessment. This assessment typically takes up to 50 minutes. If you're a current Co-op colleague, this does not need to be completed.
