Your new role

As a Transport Planner, you will be planning and scheduling daily transport operations to ensure on-time deliveries and collections. Other duties involve developing efficient delivery routes to maximise vehicle utilisation and reduce transportation costs, coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align transportation schedules with manufacturing requirements, monitoring vehicle availability, driver schedules, and fleet capacity, managing and adjusting delivery plans in response to changes in production schedules, customer demands, or operational issues.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need experience working in a fast-paced Transport Planning role. You will come from a manufacturing or FMCG background. Experience using SAP 4 Hana is desirable.
