Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide essential support to clients within their own homes. Key duties include:

• Personal Care & Support: Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation.

• Ensuring the safety of vulnerable individuals, providing emotional support, and facilitating access to necessary accommodations or independent living options.

•Promoting client autonomy and ensuring all care is delivered with the utmost respect.

•Maintaining clear, professional dialogue with clients, families, and the wider care team.

• Efficiently traveling between client residences within the local East London area.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A solid background in a care setting is essential but not not compulsory

• A compassionate, kind, and patient approach to caregiving.

• Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills.

• Availability to work either day or night shifts on a temporary basis.

• Ability to provide professional references and a willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
