We're on the lookout for a Painter & Decorator to join us. Our base is in Cwmbran—covering our properties across the East.

Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a hands‑on role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Cwmbran, with most of your work covering the Monmouthshire to Cardiff area — keeping your days varied and on the move.

We offer a healthy work–life balance with Monday to Friday working, plus the option of compressed hours on a 9‑day fortnight, giving you extra time back for you.

This is a full‑time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £30,058.00 along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

About the role

Experience a diverse range of tasks, from patch repairs to full decoration projects, ensuring no two days are the same.

Play a vital role in enhancing the living conditions of residents and improving communal facilities.

Be a front-line representative, working within the community and interacting directly with customers

Ensure that all repair and maintenance work is completed to a high standard, reflecting the quality and excellence that Codi Group is known for.

Maintain and manage a company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, safe, and properly equipped.
