Summary

Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

About the role:

• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals.

• Handle escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.

• 40 hours per week. Shifts will involve mornings, afternoon/evenings. Weekend and Bank holiday working is also required.
