About the Service
Alexandra House is a 6-bed supported living service but you will just be supporting one gentleman who has autism, epilepsy and challenging behaviours. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of things such as evening club, dancing and social outings.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with autism, epilepsy and challenging behaviours to live life their way.
You’ll:
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support
