Summary

Class 2 Driver – Leafing & Autumn Waste Collection

Location: Birmingham, B45

Pay Rate: £16.03 per hour

Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Hours per Week: 37.5 hours

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers to join our seasonal leafing and autumn waste collection team in Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable Class 2 Driver looking for regular weekday daytime work during the autumn season.

The Role:

You will be driving a Class 2 vehicle across the Birmingham area, working alongside a team of loaders to collect leaves and other autumn waste from designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

. Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle across the Birmingham area

. Work closely with a team of loaders throughout the day

. Collect leaves and autumn waste from roads, paths and designated areas

. Transport collected waste to the appropriate disposal site

. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

. Follow all health and safety procedures

. Complete daily collection schedules efficiently

. Work as part of a team in an outdoor environment
