Summary

Tenant Liaison Officer – Field Based | Door-to-Door Canvassing & Customer Appointments | Canterbury, Ashford and surrounding areas across Kent

£30,000 per year | Full-time | Temp to permanent | Weekly pay | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Are you confident speaking with people face to face? Would you enjoy a field-based role where you can work independently and build a long-term career?

Sharp Talent is representing Control Flow Technologies. We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Tenant Liaison Officer to visit residential properties on behalf of a major utilities company. You’ll speak with customers about water efficiency, complete simple audits and arrange appointments that could help households reduce their water usage and costs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with door-to-door sales, canvassing or other field-based experience.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

· Completing door-to-door visits and pre-booked appointments

· Speaking directly with residents in a professional and approachable manner

· Identifying opportunities to improve water efficiency

· Carrying out straightforward property audits, with full training provided

· Booking appointments for water-saving measures

· Recording accurate information using a tablet

· Work towards agreed appointment and activity targets

About Control Flow Technologies

Control Flow Technologies is a growing provider of specialist services within the utilities sector, working with major organisations to deliver practical solutions that help improve efficiency and reduce water usage. As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you'll join the Control Flow Technologies team and represent the company visiting customers in their homes, whilst working on a temporary contract through Sharp Talent.

The person

We’re looking for someone who is:

· Confident, friendly and reliable

· Comfortable working outdoors and visiting properties door to door

· Experienced in door-to-door sales, canvassing or a similar field-based role

· Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets

· Able to communicate clearly with a wide range of customers

· In possession of a full UK driving licence and their own car for use in the role

· Willing and able to complete a clean basic DBS check
