Summary

SVQ Level 3 Social Care/Health & Social Care, or equivalent relevant qualification.
To provide practical and emotional support to women and their children living in Monklands Women’s Aid refuge accommodation. The post holder will have particular responsibility for supporting the safe and effective day-to-day operation of MKWA refuge accommodation, including resident welfare, property standards, health and safety, occupancy, maintenance requirements and the prompt preparation and turnaround of refuge properties. The post holder will work within refuge and, where required, within a multi-agency framework to promote the safety, wellbeing and independence of women and their children.
