Summary

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding career within a reputable automotive dealership in Harlow?

Our client, a well-established dealership, is looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Vehicle Technician to work in a supportive environment, with competitive pay and uncapped earning potential.

Benefits:

- Competitive basic salary starting from £32,000, negotiable based on qualifications and experience

- Realistic on-target earnings of up to £50,000 per annum

- Working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

- Rotational Saturday shifts, approximately one in four

Duties:

- Conduct repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicles efficiently and to manufacturer standards

- Accurately diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment

- Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication regarding repairs and costs

- Maintain workshop tools and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Complete all necessary documentation and work reports accurately

- Support the team with technical troubleshooting and advice

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry

- Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Technology

- Current MOT tester certification (desirable but not essential)

- Strong diagnostic skills and keen attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Valid driving license
